Before you publish
The generators handle the layout. You still own what goes in it, so give every file, signature, and card one last look before it goes out.
Do
- Use official Civil Air Patrol unit names, grades, and duty titles.
- Pick an emblem from the approved list. Upload your own only if it is already approved.
- Check spelling, phone numbers, and links in the preview before you download or copy.
- Ask the brand team when you aren’t sure.
Don’t
- Stretch, squash, rotate, or recolor the CAP logo, or add effects to it.
- Redraw a CAP emblem or wordmark, or build your own version of one.
- Put CAP logos or wordmarks on anything sold without a trademark license. Talk to the brand team before any commercial use.
